911，我国议会民主的重要日子

2001年9月11日，美国纽约世界贸易中心双子塔遭飞机撞击倒塌，911被赋予重大政治和宗教意义。

若不是911，相信当年的布什总统，也不会入侵伊拉克，掀起迄今未有解套方案的伊拉克战争...



若不是911，麦凯恩可能成为美国总统，民主党不会卷土重来...

若不是911，奥巴马可能只是伊利诺伊州参议员，未能改写美国历史...



若不是911，前首相马哈迪不会在当年929宣布大马为回教国...

若不是911，我们不会卷入世俗国和回教国的争议中...

其实911在我国也有独特的政治意义，特别是2009年。今年911是象征议会民主的国会大厦50周年纪念日。



独立至今52年，我们才刚迈入两线制的雏形。虽然迟了些，总好过没到。

反省国会的角色和功能，是我们献给国会50岁生日的最佳礼物。

追溯1959年，象征议会民主的国会大厦建峻后。当年8月19日首届大选的104位民选议员，惟他们并非在议会殿堂内宣誓就任成为议员。



他们是在位于安邦路的东姑阿都拉曼礼堂（目前大马旅游中心所在处），宣誓就职。

国会，多次被反对党批评为橡皮胶，未能发挥立法角色，更妄论扮演监督与制衡功能。

国会也是立法机构的象征，一党独大严重扭曲立法角色，丧失三权分立的精神。



吉隆坡国会大厦、布城司法宫，以及布城政府大厦分别扮演不同角色。无奈行政至上令三权分立变调...

国会曾在五一三事件后，丧失功能长达10个月，敦拉萨为首的国家行动理事会接管所有事物。

国会议员数目从当年的104名增加至222名，提升硬体设施后的国会大厦，偶尔也听闻漏水事件，议员也发表没有格的「月漏论」。

最关键的还是议员素质，以及议会民主的精神未能获得彰显。

我们必须反思，送一份自我反省的礼物给议会民主吧！

马华，粪便，屎尿，要不要？！

马华粪便，小说材料，粪便屎尿值得期待吗？

吴孟达曾对周星驰说：「屎，你是一堆屎；我驾平治（马赛迪的香港名），你撩鼻屎…」

有人可能要对某人说：

1.「粪，你是一堆粪；我乘搭飞机，你就放飞机…」

曾几何时，马华变得「食物化」，嘴里食物入肚消化后是否化成体内所需的营养？还是直通大肠，转为灌溉农耕的肥料？

犹记得，国家文学奖得主兼前铅区回教党国会议员沙浓阿末1999年撰写名为《SHIT》（粪便）的政治小说，将粗话PukiMak隐射为首相的缩写PM。

这本讽刺味道极度浓厚的小说引起巨大回响的原因有三即，作者本身顶着国家文学奖得奖人兼学者光圈、作者代表宗教色彩鲜明的回教党，以及该着作与马来保守社会风气格格不入。

尽管该着作充满粗俗文字，惟沙浓的《粪便》依然大卖，成为政治和文学圈的焦点，赞弹声音，褒贬意见参半。

话说回头，马华政治的确沉闷，缺乏活力和创意，偶尔谐音的比喻为苦闷政治寻找出口。

从臭鱼头到炒焦蕹菜，以及可能的酱料，马华势力和实力每况愈下，影响力更是节节败退。

308之后退到历史新低点，面对华社、巫统和民联，马华的执政成绩单是否及格，大家内心有数。

蕹菜之争不乏撰写分析和故事题材，印刷和电子媒体、部落客和新兴网站的资讯轰炸，让人难以消化，真真假假，真中带假，假内含真。

请问大马的中文政治作家，谁能以类似《粪便》的方式，撰写马华蕹菜小说呢？

相对保守的马来社会能产出《粪便》（激烈争议争议是另一回事），号称开放和宽容的华社又能「出产」什么政治小说呢？

劲搞笑，有型后又行到...

《Slovak Sling》，笑‘告’死人啦，哈哈

不知不觉，15Malaysia短片已经来到第9部，还剩下6部而已。

9月4日起播的《Slovak Sling》是讲述政治人物被收买跳槽的故事。贪得无厌的政治人物，连衣服、裤带和长裤都要... 服了他

这是Wong Ming Jin执导，演员包括擅长搞笑的艺人Harith Iskandah。最令人我感意外的是，著名部落客兼前（真的很久以前）国营英文电台DJ张家扬（Patrick Teoh）也参与其中。



张家扬在短片中脱剩内裤（露出一点点啦），牺牲不小。当然Wong Chee Wai的牺牲更大，他的内裤非常明显，Hush Puppies...

若我没记错的话，张家扬因为在愚人节当天开玩笑，以煮鸭子的故事遭人投诉，最终离开电台。尔后发展自己的栋独笑节目（stand-up comedy），笑弹讽刺政治人物，通过那张厉害的嘴巴反讽社会现象。



采访一些晚宴的节目中，曾观赏他的短剧，非常“抵死”，他的口头禅是“Niamah”！所以他的部落格名字也是Niamah。

他把Niamah（你呀嘛）精神发扬光大，就好比赖绍光推广Tulan（肚懒）字眼一样。

What is 310g? Anything to do with 831 blog day?! After few seconds than i realised, ohhh... 310g is Blog!!

Flip-flop or U-turn？！Hisham kena cow-cow

我希望自己看到的、听到的、了解的都是错误的，不然希山慕丁做了不正确的示范。

9月2日，莎阿南第23区“牛头示威”的回教徒与内政部长希山会面。希山表示，愿意当鲁仲连调解因牛头引起的不满，同时也袒护这批示威者。



此新闻出街不到一天，引起巨大反弹，呼吁对话，甚至报警要求调查部长。

希山遭许多宗教团体炮轰，甚至第二度要求他下台。势头不对劲，赶紧发文告澄清，表示将向“牛头示威者”采取行动。



24小时的变化，难怪Rocky-Bru形容希山kena cow-cow。《大马内幕者》掷地有声的社论除了批评希山，也提醒大家希山的祖父翁嘉化的梦想是团结，希山的父亲胡申翁则是团结之父。

希山要多喝几杯kopi cow-cow？又或许他做主请别人到布城喝kopi cow-cow？！希望我是错误的。

身为律师深谙法律的部长，应该知道警方调查和提呈总检察署报告期间会见受调查者是不恰当的动作，可能释放错误的讯息。难道他忽略了？希望我是错误的。

9月2日的谈话：

If it can be resolved quickly and can be done with both sides understanding each other ... why would we want to penalise anybody?

I have it in my records to show there were cases where a pig-head was used by irresponsible parties including leaving the head in front of an Umno building covered by an Umno flag.

Police have identified the individuals involved.

The Home Ministry views seriously all issues that could undermine harmony, unity, as well as national security and stability of this multiracial country.

The residents met me in my office and told me that they were not involved in bringing the cow’s head there, and that certain quarters had exploited the situation.



While I listened to their explanation, I told them that whoever did it would have to face action.

But the bloggers made it seem that I fully supported the residents.

I said the Hindu community wanted a temple and they were not particular about its exact location. It could be built in another section.

I felt there could be a win-win situation for both sides.
